CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 28 days of receiving your goods if it is unused and in its original packaging. 

 This does not include commission pieces. Once a commission order has been placed you have 7 days from time of placing the order to cancel.  

 Please notify us by emailing info@judepiperglassart.co.uk with your order number and details. 

We will refund the original amount minus delivery costs where applicable. We do not refund any return delivery charges, and refunds will only be made to the original payment method. 

Please note pierced earrings are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene reasons

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your item is faulty or damaged, we will refund the return postage and offer a full replacement or full refund. 

Please notify us within 7 working days of receipt of your item if faulty or damaged. 

Refunds may take up to 7-10 working days to process upon receipt of the item. 

WORKSHOPS 

Workshops can be cancelled or dates exchanged up to 14 days prior to the course date, to receive a full refund or exchange. 

Cancellations or date exchanges between 14 days and 48 hours prior to the course date will be charged at 50%. Cancellations or date exchanges less than 48 hours prior to the course date will be charged in full.
